By using our showroom scheduling wizard, ordering bespoke items, or purchasing from our limited curated collection releases, you agree to comply with the terms of service outlined below.

1. Custom Metallurgy & Stone Variations

Since facet design hand-forges every gold and platinum element individually, minute variations are to be expected. Each batch of our signature Champagne Gold is alloyed manually in-studio, meaning minor tonal variances are natural characteristics of handcrafting rather than defects.

Similarly, our recycled, antique, and ethically sourced gems carry unique crystal inclusions and color tones. All stones are described as accurately as possible, but their structural individuality is a hallmark of raw nature.

2. Commission deposits & production schedules

Bespoke jewelry designs require a design deposit to initiate stone sourcing and custom sketching. Once a design is approved and metallurgy begins, the following schedule terms apply:

• Standard bespoke production time is 6 to 8 weeks from design sign-off.
• In-stock collection items require 2 to 3 business days for packaging and processing.
• Production estimates are provided in good faith but may fluctuate depending on metal casting complexities. We will notify you of any adjustments.

3. Booking Cancellations & Showroom Etiquette

To maintain the intimacy of our showroom consultations, viewings are conducted on a one-on-one basis. We request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your slot.

4. Final Sale & Return Exemptions

Because facet design operates as a made-to-order studio:

• All custom bespoke commissions, engraved designs, and custom-resized rings are Final Sale and exempt from returns.
• Limited-edition collection items may be exchanged for studio credit within 14 days of secure delivery, provided the security seal is intact and the piece shows no wear.
